weigh in
After listing my whole non-appetite thing this past week, I feel like my weight loss this week doesn't count. I just hope that it doesn't go back up after I start feeling better. My weight this morning was:
221.4. I lost 5 lbs. Which, isn't surprising considering my week. Like I said, I really hope I don't gain in the next couple of weeks because of the whole being sick thing. That puts me at 25.2 which is 10.2% of my weight. I'm not too celebratory right now, because, well, I'm sick. But hopefully things will start going better. Your prayers and kind thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for your support :)

crazy week
So, I think I should be up front with how insane this past week has been for me. Two fridays ago, I started an antibiotic. I didn't realize it, but the antibiotic made me nauseous, and also make me lose my appetite. So I haven't been eating very well this week, and exercise without eating=disaster so I didn't really exercise either. On Wednesday, I had a panic attack. Which, I learned later probably was induced by the medication I was taken. I got it under control, and was able to return to work on Thursday. Saturday, after my last dose, I felt super fatigued, and my head and whole body hurt. I ended up sleeping pretty much all day. Sunday, I woke up an found a bunch of red dots all over my body. I walked down to the Ballard Market with Bec and was exhausted by that. Came home and slept all day.
Sunday morning around 200am, I got up out of bed in a half sleeping/half waking state. I ended up falling twice, hitting my chin and knee, as well as other body parts on the tub and whatever else I ran into. I looked in the mirror and saw the rash had spread to my face. After about 30 minutes, I called Bec to see if she could take me to the ER. Went to the ER, they took me in immediately. I have a severe allergy to sulfa...so severe that the nurse recommended wearing a bracelet with my allergy on it! I'm not supposed to work for at least 3 days, and I'm on prednisone, benedryl, and zantac. My mom is picking me up so she can take care of me :) I'm supposed to go to the Dr. on Thursday for a follow up appointment. This, has been a crazy week.
